Pharmacology

After completing this course, the student will understand basic pharmacologics, including drug actions and effects, absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and drug classifications and formulary. This course also gives the student the opportunity to see and reference pharmaceutical terms in the context of medical reports with exposure to commonly prescribed drugs.
